Facility rental rates for all catered events include total private use of the property and facility with a minimum charge for 4 hours use of the venue. Non catered events also include total private use of the property and facility with a minimum charge for 2 hours use of the venue. We have included a breakdown of venue use and charges according to number of guest in your group.

 

·        Rental Rates for Wedding Ceremony and Reception

                  -- For groups hosting guest from 2 – 60 the rate  is $ 450 per hour with

                     a minimum of 4 hours. Each additional hour is $ 450.

                   --For groups hosting guest of 60 or more the rate is $28 per person for a

                    4 hour event. Each additional hour is $ 550.

 

·        Rental Rates for Ceremony Only…Facility use to allow cake, champagne, and beverage services.

                 --For groups hosting guest from 2 – 40 the rate is $ 450 per hour with a

                    minimum of 2 hours. Each additional hour is $ 450.

                 --For groups hosting guest from 40 – 60 the rate is $ 550 per hour with a

                  minimum of 2 hours. Each additional hour is $ 550.

                 --For groups hosting guest of 60 or more the rate is $25 per person for 

                  up to a 3 hour event.

 

·        Rental Rates for All Other Catered Events

                 --For groups hosting guest from 2-60 the rate is $ 450 per hour with a

                    minimum of 4 hours. Each additional hour is $ 450.

                  --For groups hosting guest of 60 or more the rate is $ 28 per person for a

                    4 hour event. Each additional hour is $ 550.

I-pod dock is also available for your personal artist’s selection
which can be heard in our dining facility as well as all 3 of our
ceremony and cocktail reception locations.
